Final Group Tracking. Total Hours Estimated, Total Hours Spent, Emails, Set Tasks and Completed Tasks.

As the project has now ended I have totalled up the amount of hours estimate, the hours spent, the emails, the set tasks and the completed tasks.

By the end of the project all tasks that had been set have been completed, however this does not show that all tasks where done on time in the sprint that they where set or if they had to be taken over to the next sprints.

The groups all put in an incredible amount of work, one group did not have as much time logged however this is because the team lost a group member so there where only two members in the group.

The communication from the groups over the duration of the project was very good, although again one of the groups had a smaller email count due to there only being two members in the group.



It has been interesting being able to track these groups as they go through the project and to see how the methods that are being used help them to produce a product by the end of the project, I feel that the groups took well to using the agile methodology and that it has helped them with their time management and their communication sills. This methodology works well, when you have to show stakeholders how the project is progressing and that you are communicating and meeting.
