Tracking Groups. Week 5 - 6.

Communication from the groups are still good, however I have not been able to find meeting minutes for two of the groups that I have been tracking so for one group I am not sure if they have met at all these two weeks and for the other group I am not sure if they have had a meeting for a week.

One of the groups had not done any of the tasks that had been set from the 01/03/17 to the 07/03/17 this either means that no work had been done for this sprint or that the group had forgotten to log the time that they had spent on the task.

The other groups have finished there tasks on time and they have been logging time.

Group Pitches Week 6.

I have been viewing the videos for week 6 of the project so that I can see how the groups are progressing.

Group 11. 

2 members present 1 member absent.

The group displayed the hours that they have currently spent on the game. The team show that they are working well together and are doing the correct hours that they have been set.

Group 12. 

All members present.

The group have shown the work that they have produced during the time leading up to the pitch, this is good as it shows that the team have been producing the work that goes along with the tasks that have been set. The group also show the hours that they have currently worked.

Group 13. 

2 members present 1 member absent.

The group have shown assets that they have worked on during the working time leading up to the pitch, this reaffirms the hours that they have logged as they have the assets to show for it. The team did not have a slide in which they had shown the hours that they had worked so far in this project so the stakeholders do not know how long they have worked on the game.

Group 14. 

All members present.

The team have shown a new concept that they have worked on after having a change in the group, this is good as it shows that the team have been able to deal with an issue and still manage to produce a new concept to answer the brief. The team have been able to produce a prototype of the new concept that they have been working on this shows that the team have been working on the project consistently and that the time that they have been logging for their tasks is shown by what they have produced. The team have shown the hours that they have worked, and these reflect what is seen with the prototype.

Group 19.

All members present.

The team show a number of assets that they have produced during the time leading up to the pitch, this shows that the team have been working well and consistently together to be able to produce a prototype with the main mechanic being shown and working smoothly. The team have shown where they would like to be by the end of the project. The team have shown the current email count and the current hours that they have spent on the project.
